Our Security Guards

UNITIS Security has taken a unique approach to the business of venue security. We employ fully screened, trained, experienced, well-groomed and uniformed security guards. Our guards are outfitted with full formal wear suit attire accompanied with visible security identification badges and equipped with two-way radios and earpieces or the equivalent at the venue’s supply to ensure constant communication within the security team on duty.

Our corporate policies require that personnel keep uniforms pressed and clean at all times with shoes polished; men are clean-shaven with neat haircuts and women with tidy professional appearance. We pride ourselves on the appearance of our personnel, as they represent our company at your venue.

An established high standing with respect to our supervisors (supervisory personnel possess a minimum of 5 years security industry related experience) ensures strict adherence to our company policies and orders as well as the venue’s rules, regulations and ordinances. Supervisors are available 24 hours a day and make regular spot checks to prevent complacency from security personnel. Our supervisors also manage scheduling, assigning security posts, and acting as liaison between the ownership and our client. We believe that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.
